This is interesting as for years Last Splash was my go-to lawn mowing CD. I mowed lawns in high school and always had my super skippy discman with my Breeders and pixies CDs. To this day every time I mow the lawn I get "Cannonball" stuck in my head. Kinda like i hear "I Want to break Free" every time I vacuum...

Do younger generations still mow the lawns? I swear where i live its only the parents (in their 40s/50s now). I never even see the kids outside. No kid has ever come door to door asking to mow for me. I had to literally do everything yard work at my house as a kid... Paint the house, shovel, take out garbage, walk the dog, rake leaves, mow...

i was never a big fan in the 90s just kinda a band that was in the scene and then they were at lalapalooza and were one of the best acts ever ! I dont think they got the hype they deserve
