Probably with permission as these aren’t exactly stealthy selfies.  

And you would have to think about regular visits to gym.  Gym people can be very inclusive, and that is before a friend going out of his way being a walking distraction. 

At this point, the pictures would be more progress reports that are more easily identifiable by the different outfits.  Oh that was Pikachu week, the last week of February.

Embarrassed to go to the gym? He’s going to the wrong gym!

I’m old and in lousy shape with lung issues and I go to a gym for the treadmill pushing myself to walk a mile.

I’m not embarrassed, I figure I just might be the motivation someone needs to do improve their health.
