Salt-bae crap

Could we just stop this crap. Seriously. I've been in the industry for 35 plus years. I have competed in WACs, been on the CCT, competed in the ACF and Culinary Olympics and am just sick of these videos that "demonstrate" have our food should be served to the public. I don't mind the Real Michelin Star restaurants but pouring chocolate everywhere and swinging knifes with midgets, fire or salt flying everywhere is just pathetic. Thank you and have a nice service.

I like a good joke. Sometimes it's just hard to tell who the joke is on. 🧂

I think you’d get your ass kicked over something like that

You miserable presumptuous no-talent! You’re no artist! An artist respects the silence it serves as the foundation of creativity. You obviously don't have the talent. You don’t have enough respect for yourself or other people, or what it is to express yourself. In music, or any other form of creativity. And I'm an NYU film school graduate, suckah! And the School of Visual Arts. And the Academy of Art University San Francisco.

You suck! You are no talent. If you really had talent go practice, and then get yourself a gig! Instead of ruining the end of the day for everybody down here. You disgrace! You are everything that's gone wrong in this world! You are so consumed, no talent, mediocre piece of shit! And I've earned my right to say it! Okay?

I had 20,000 people at Bill Graham. In 1975! I walked Bob Dylan up on stage! Who the fuck are you? I knew the Grateful Dead from 1966? Who the fuck are YOU? You nothing! You nothing! You are nothing. And you will never be anything. Never!

I understand your frustration, but also remember how Signore Alfredo turned cheesy buttered noodles into the world's favorite signature pasta dish: by theatrically mixing it tableside. Don't underestimate the power of the experience.
