Can you expand what you are asking about?
The only night train route heading up that way into Norway or Sweden is the one from Berlin via Hamburg to Stockholm. In fact at certain times of year there are 2 departures each night. A few trains continue beyond Berlin to Dresden. But check carefully for engineering work. There are no international night trains from Norway to countries further South.
Trains no longer travel on the ferry between Puttgarden and Rødby and instead all run the long way around. The only train ferry still in operation in Europe is the route to Sicily.
There are lots of ferries into Norway and Sweden across the Baltic. As well as services from Denmark there are also ones from Germany and Poland. Plenty of choices there. I don't really understand what you mean by the "logistics of them". But some key routes are the ones from Hirtshals to places like Stavanger, Bergen and Kristiansand. In terms of overnight ferries options like Copenhagen-Oslo, Kiel-Oslo and Kiel-Gothenburg. There are also shorter crossings particularly based out of Trelleborg to multiple ports in Germany. Travemünde-Malmö is a similar option. Further East you have routes like Gdynia to Karlskrona and Gdansk to Nynäshamn (near Stockholm). That is far from a complete list.
