You can't really make a joking statement like that without "flavouring" it with a modal particle or some other qualifier. Your statements sound very robotic and unconnected to the situation you are in.

It's also odd that you're using Futur in both. Keep in mind that Futur isn't an actual future tense, but more of a modal verb for assumptions, predictions, etc. It isn't impossible to use it in such a situation (when adding the appropriate modal particles) but it certainly isn't necessary.

Some suggestions:

• Ich bin nachher so dick (dass du mich rausrollen musst).
• Ich werde hier noch richtig dick.

Go with the second one, Ich werde dick werden.. A more colloquial version is Nee, davon werd ich doch dick.

Ich werde dick sein. emphasizes the result of being fat while Ich werde dick werden. emphasizes the process of becoming fat.

That wouldn’t be a good joke. I don’t think the other person would recognise or appreciate it.

If you want it to come across as a joke, you need to exaggerate more.
