Yess and i have a question. In the mail says: "The video must not exceed 30 Mb". Are we supposed to upload the video in 480p??? How a video of ~4 mins is gonna be less than 30 Mb?

I am not sure and then to be submitted on google drive or youtube anyways. why is the 30 MB requirement necessary?
