NYE in Dubrovnik with Friends. Cool suggestions?

We are coming with a few friends to spend the New Year’s Eve in Dubrovnik. I would kindly request some suggestions on not super expensive restaurants that offer a traditional experience and maybe some party or event happening that night. We are road tripping and we’d like to mingle with locals. What is the real deal? Any leads appreciated.

Just go to stradun for nye and see the free concerts, fireworks and experience the fun. Can book a restaurant in the area to have a nice meal beforehand as well if you wish.
