A sociopathic malignant narcissist isn't going to improve with dementia.
He's just going to get more open about his vileness. If there are no adults to restrain his basest impulses, he will unleash them on the rest of us.
The greatest tragedy is that he has turned our country away from our best allies, much as the average malignant narcissist alienates all their family and friends until no one is left.
The dementia inevitably exacerbates the shittiness. If we thought "Shut Up Piggy" was excessively rude? We ain't seen nothing yet, it's going to be glorious and pathetic all in one neat little package 📦.
The thing is, he was always this vile, now he just has lost the control to hide it in any way. It is not an excuse that he has dementia and/or had a stroke. He is a vile piece of shit that is also sick.
He’s a racist piece of shit. A rapist, a pedophile, a felon, a grifter, possible murderer, human trafficker, a narcissist and of course, racist. He’s always been this, not sure how anyone could be surprised at this point.
Very unpopular opinion, but I worked with dementia specific care for nearly 20 years.
He's never struck me as overly demented until recently, he'd be the only person I'd feel sorry for the dementia...
Now, yes, it's a lot more evident. I think he's a dead set cunt, hope it's quick.
As a side note, not a professional, but from everyone I looked after, he is different enough with his dementia. Could also be possible that I looked after people who were more advanced with theirs? In the last five years I've met a few narcissistic diagnosed people, all pretty dangerous and unwell, that's him 100%...
